686. Reva Josephine WELLS was born on 21 Apr 1928 in Birdell, Randolph Co, AR. She died on 2 Dec 1975 in Memphis, Shelby Co, TN. She was buried on 4 Dec 1975 in Pocahontas, Randolph Co, AR. MRS. BLACKWELL - Mrs. Reva J. Blackwell, 56, of 1412 Thomasville,
Pocahontas, passed away Sunday in Methodist Hospital, Memphis. She was
born Sept. 20, 1919 in Randolph County, a daughter of Jim Wells and
the late Fannie Hufstedler Wells. In addition to her father who
resides in Imboden, she is survived by her husband, Marvin Blackwell
of the home; 4 daughters, Mrs. Barbara Honey of Rogers, Mrs. Linda
Ulland and Mrs. Mildred Hoffman, both of St. Louis and Miss Kerry
Blackwell of Pocahontas; a brother, James Wells, also of Imboden; 3
sisters, Mrs. Lillie Hippenstill of Cleo, Mich., Mrs. Ruth Menard of
Imboden and Mrs. Cona Jean Reeves of Marked Tree; 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday in the Chapel of
McNabb Funeral Home with G. W. Allison officiating. Burial followed in
Old Union Cemetery with McNabb Funeral Home in charge.
