On 20 Oct 1838 he bought a lot in Farmington, Tennessee. He sold this
lot on 14 Jul 1842.
In 1851 this family moved to Dade County, Missouri. Circa 1852-1853
they moved to Greene County, Missouri, but returned to Dade County
soon thereafter.
Benjamin and Anne, his wife's parents, living with Bennett in Marshall
county, TN in 1850.
Bennett donated land for a cemetery, known as Pyland Cemetery, and
later named Routh Chapel Cemetery, Dade Co, Mo. Elizabeth 'Betsy' PYLAND and Joseph Bennett PYLAND had the following children:
